Planning and engineering

We design, manufacture and commission production lines for wood working industries with a turnkey principle. Focusing on the wood working has made us the strongest in our own field. We know all about wood and we know how it acts.

Complete production process is in our own hands, from designing to training of the maintenance personnel. Pinomatic Team includes its own metal, automation and electrical experts.

Manufacturing

Our metal experts build the steel structures by using modern laser cut components. After this the equipment is surface finished in our own finishing department.

All equipment electricity and control centres are manufactured by our own electrical experts. This way we ensure that automation and components are the latest and most modern technology.

Assembly and testing

We assemble the entire production line at our own factory in Kauhajoki. This way we create the most effective implementation process. Customer is also present at our factory when test drives are performed and last fine adjustments are also made in our factory – in there where all our experts are and where all our machines and devices are available all the time.

Training

With operating training we want to ensure that customer’s production personnel get guidance to use the devices and line. This increases the effectiveness and work safetyness of the production and personnel. Training can also be given to the whole personnel of the company if needed.

Consignment and installation

Ready equipment is packed and loaded carefully, so that all devices will arrive to the customer’s premises undamaged. All mechanical and electrical installations of the equipment are carried out by our own personnel. Installation is planned and scheduled carefully before installation work is started. This way we ensure to get the work ready as soon as possible.

Commissioning

Once the customer’s own staff has been involved in the project from the outset, the commissioning of the line is handled smoothly and efficiently.

As a service contract customer you can focus only to your own production while your equipment is serviced by our expert personnel.

When you are our service contract customer we will survey your company’s needs and together we agree schedule for regularly performed maintenances. In addition to that we can storage spare parts just for you and spare part delivery can be done quickly which reduces production interruption times. You will receive a full report of every servicing work that has been done. Report includes information of works, changed parts and future servicing works.

As a service contract customer it is easy to foresee the future servicing needs well in advance which also reduces the possibility of sudden production interruptions.
